I, too, have been debating getting some of these for a while now. My concern is the potential for chipped teeth.

Cloth diapering is one of those things that I would've loved to have done when my kids were in diapers, but I had twins and the number of diapers I thought I would need would've cost me far more than I could afford with two newborns on the way. Not to mention the thought that doing more laundry than I already was stressed me the eff out and my (now ex-)husband was strictly against it. Still, if I had the chance to do it again, I'd go with cloth.

I've used an inflatable baby tub as a party tub since my kids outgrew it. This is the one I have: http://amzn.to/n4xtNl

I've been a total Kickstarter addict since a friend partially funded his webseries via Kickstarter last year (www.curtaincallseries.com). I have found SO many amazing projects through this site!

I also have peapod plus's for my twins. They've been sleeping soundly in them since they were 6 months old (we, too, couldn't stand hauling play yards everywhere) and they are still using them at 5 1/2! We also pull them out as "guest beds" for sleepovers. LOVE the peapod!

I LOVE my cake pop maker! The pops I make are now far less messy, less dense, of tolerable sweetness, take far less time, and they're healthier! I have also used my machine to make donut holes and aebleskiver. It is the most-used specialty appliance in my kitchen.

I've been referring to myself as "a pescetarian who makes other occasional exceptions for meat consumption" for a few years. Flexetarian is a actually a much easier way to say it.
