We are not Vegan but I saw this recipe and gave it a try, it is one of the best cakes I have ever made. Have made it several times and loved each time, it gets better the next day. Mine are when people sit down and the first thing they do is mess up their cutlery. I set it the proper way learn to use the correct utensil. Not waiting until everyone is served is just rude, no cell phones turn them off. Why not just boil the noodles while you make the sauce and they are both done at the same time and you have mac and cheese. Having to stand there and watch the sauce doesn't scald is more hassle. Skip A Step: Make Mac & Cheese in Half the Time |

I was always was tossing out limp celery until I bought a Tupperware celery keeper. It now lasts at least 3 weeks and is as good as the first day in the crisper. I also keep any other hard veggie like radishes in the same keeper. My Celery Dilemma |

What is the point of the potatoes if you are going to serve it over rice I would just leave the potatoes out or do they help thicken the sauce.
