Yeah for Pimms! My parents were first introduced to it in the 70's when we took a family vacation to Kenya. Garnished with a sliver of banana (firm, but ripe!) instead of cucumber. DELISH! I've never had a problem finding it here in the states (California, Oregon & Wa). Kuddos to the Pimms photographer - the pics look so thirst-quenching and drinkable!

It seems like a dated appliance (even a new one) and would give you a false sense that you are doing you part to reduce waste/garbage. All you are doing is squishing the air out. Matter is matter and doesn't the garbage company compress it before tossing it into a landfill?

I upgraded my stovetop kettle (Revere) to the Cuisinart Cordless Kettle several years ago. I love it, but do wish it were smaller (as a huge tea drinker, I like to brew with fresh water) and that it would do more than just shut off when water was ready. The Breville looks nice!
