I and many of my friends chose to open new e-mail accounts in order to vote for our friend's blog in the finals. This was done so we would not begin receiving what we labeled "junk mail" in our everyday accounts. I also know of some older parents and family members who did not have e-mail accounts but wanted to support their family member's blog by voting. It was fun and exciting to see them dive into the world of the World Wide Web:) There's no way anyone can (in good conscience) accuse another of making up e-mails to just get votes. You have no way of knowing the motives and circumstances surrounding their situations. That's ludicrous. Especially on this level of competition! Even if it had been humanly possible the quality of their blog would pale in comparison to the others and the quality of the final 9 speaks for itself. Congrats to all!
