You guys have got to check out bobbyberkhome.com.
I got the Carter Sectional because it is minimal and sexy:

The Tribeca sofa is also great, a little more comfortable with larger proportions. It comes in a zillion colors.

Those diapers are adorable. I never thought I'd say this but diapering feels sorta luxurious using Bundle products.

I haven't used the diaper service though...does every diaper package actually come with that cute personalized tag?

very zen, i love the wall color and discipline! put a large painting above your sofa; the small framed pics don't anchor the space enough. just cuz your space is small doesn't mean all your things need to be diminutive. for example, i like how your dining space has that big glossy lamp.

The staff at the Ligne Roset soho store is so snooty and condescending. It almost makes it not worth it.

Ikea faucets do not work as well. The insides and attachments are made of plastic. Mine broke easily. Also the pluggy thing doesn't work, nor does that lever you pull up and down to plug the sink. It was $89 but is a total piece.

I will never buy an Ikea faucet - more trouble than it's worth.

The sinks and cabinets, however, work just fine.

In the same small room the two chairs undercut each other's simple gorgeousness. You can't keep on getting one of everything or your place will look like a DWR sample sale.

I say either

All white

OR

Use bright color(s).

Muted combos are dull and artless. Like khakis.

Thanks everyone for your suggestions and high-level debate over Pink.

To answer your questions:

The paintings are by Keltie Ferris.

The paint colors are:
Racer Pink / R.Lauren IB51 / dark pink in bedroom
Strawberry Sorbet / BM 2087-50 / Medium pink behind couch
Ribbon Pink / B.Moore 2087-60 / light pink opposite couch
Elephant Pink / B.Moore / very pale pink for kitchen cabinets. not shown in the 3 photo minimum.

The letters on the wall are decals from www.wallwords.com

Thanks again for the ideas! Keep 'em coming.

Small space living is a discipline, honey, and you have a whip. Great job. I love your creative use of materials - like marine paint.

Jason,

I love the DIY lucite. How did you make that table? I'm dying to see the sliding doors too. I want a full tutorial!

I hate to break it to you, but the bed is a dealbreaker. You should probable read this NY Times article before it's too late:

Shimna makes a similar bed. Download their catalog to see the it. It's slightly less rustic - and I think more updated and modern.
