Yeah, Mitsuwa is great! You can buy food, housewares, small appliances and even cosmetics not readily found anywhere else. Next time you run out of "skin whitener", this is the place to go. Plus, if you go shopping hungry you can eat a good meal just beforehand. If you REALLY love it, you can buy a plane ticket to Japan on the way out! Start sanding in an area that is not very visible so you get a feel for it. Do it by hand. It only takes a second to go too far with the sanding. I'm not sure what # paper you should use...perhaps 80 or 100. Apartment Therapy New York | Good Questions: How Do I Stain Veneer? |

Patrick, I wrote to Lane when I ordered my new lock and have not received a response regarding the chest itself. I believe they are refered to as "cedar chests" and "hope chests" interchangeably, but on Lane's website either the term "chests" or "cedar chests" is used when searching by product. My Grandparents have the Cameron. It's quite comfortable, though not my particular taste. Theirs is the same color as the picture above and has stayed very fresh and clean looking despite owning a black standard poodle that has made it his favorite place to nap.
