My friend and I made Alton Brown's pretzel recipe several times this summer. Great recipe.

I think this is a fabulous idea. However, there are a few flaws. It only helps with pictures; when people actually go inside the home it will still be empty and they will have less sense of space. (It's one thing to see picture of a staged room and it's another to walk around in one.)

Also, I think listings using this technology should state as much. I wouldn't be offended if I saw in the listing that it was staged digitally.

Maybe having the ends not perfectly aligned would be more realistic.

I think the best thing would be to make her a beautiful meal and enjoy eachother's company. She won't miss her blender when she's gone but she will miss you. Make some (yummy!) memories while she's still here.

Went from 5-8 yesterday. The crowds were unbearable. Will revisit when it's paid admission.

Not having to spend ten minutes putting on outerwear just to not freeze to death when you leave the house!

I don't see why these eggs are any more wasteful than regular eggs. They both take up shelf space. They both have to be kept refrigerated. They both have to be transported from wherever to the grocery store. Perhaps the argument can be made that these eggs are actually more environmentally-friendly because instead of you boiling one pot of water for a batch of hard-boiled eggs, the factory boils enormous pots of water. And you can't tell me that this plastic bag is extremely more wasteful than egg cartons.

The chair in the first picture looks as comfortable as... sitting on a piece of wood.

I actually sit down when I shave my legs in the shower. I angle the showerhead away from me so it doesn't rinse the shaving cream off.
