We love this too! We've used ours daily for about five months now and agree completely with daa15. Our little guy is 8 months old now, 21 pounds, and loves to KICK all over the place while he's being changed. The table does sway with him from end to end (but not side to side at all) and because of the design it cannot tip over. The sides are quite steep when he's lying in it. There is no belt to tie him in, but we haven't missed having one it.
