I am in Arlington too and actually have an armchair in my living room from Arhaus upholstered in that exact same Thomas Paul fabric! We call it The Bird Chair, and it is my absolute most favorite thing in our apartment. I loved reading how much you love yours too. Although are you as overprotective as I am with your chair? My boyfriend and friends are afraid to sit in mine because I am so paranoid about keeping the fabric perfect, ha ha!

I have similar industrial bookshelves and end tables from Anthropologie. I love the look and the quality is wonderful. They are still available on Anthro's website (the Decker line). I know they are a little pricier than the other great suggestions above, but if it helps, I bought mine over a year ago, so perhaps that means the collection will be on sale sometime soon. Also, sometimes if you call and speak with their customer service directly, they will give you a discount on the furniture shipping prices (especially if you buy more than one item).
