I have one of these for my iPhone 3G. The iPhone has to be in the case provided to charge it, and the case plugs into the iPhone's syncing slot to move the charge from the pad to the iPhone.

It's a very ugly case, and blocking the sync is a big negative for me. I don't use the charger at all.

I love my simple, square, white Corelle dishes. They're light so you can carry several easily, they fit in the dishwasher much better than the heavy porcelain plates I used to have, and they don't have edges on the bottom that can scratch the table.

As a landlord, I can tell you that despite my constantly reminding people not to pour any kind of grease down the drains, at least once I year I have a major problem with someone clogging a pipe with the stuff and water running down the walls into other apartments.

In my family, we have always saved containers like pasta jars to dispose of grease in the trash.

My father has purchased three Bosch for different residences in the last five years, and each of them has broken down at some point. One is not working right now, the repair center is ordering a new motherboard. This same dishwasher was serviced a few weeks ago for a non-working door lock. I also have a new Bosch, and it is a pain to load, though it has had no mechanical problems since it was installed six months ago.

I had this discussion on Saturday when I went to a very nice remodeling studio. Almost all of the appliances were built in and hidden, and I didn't really care for it. When I do my remodel this year, I will buy high-end appliances that will not be covered.

I have one of these; bought it about a year ago... It really does work well, and I know exactly what it is when I open the fridge... The plastic is somewhat thin, it tumbled out of the fridge a few months ago, and has a good size crack in it. It still works fine, and it is dishwasher safe.

This is news to me.... I almost always paint an apartment prior to a new tenant moving in, though a few times I have made arrangements with tenants who wish to paint the apartment themselves, using colors I would not have chosen.

I have a similar dispenser from the same manufacturer, and when it works it's very nice... It dispenses a bit more soap than I would prefer.... It's especially nice when you are hand washing dishes and need more soap on the sponge... The main problem I have is that the batter compartment opens on the bottom, and the battery contacts get wet and rust.

I bought my heated mattress pad last winter; it's one of the greatest things I own. It has dual controls, preheats, and has ten different heat settings. It is also comfortable and waterproof and it went through the washing machine just fine on the gentle cycle.

I bought two of these for my dog, who the kennel refers to as a "Snarf N Barf." Sadly, it didn't help at all. I ended up sending them back. We're back to tossing small amounts in the bowl.

We have an estimate to install solar panels for hot water only. However, our neighbor has a tree in his yard that is completely blocking the sun in the area that the panels would need to be installed. If and when he removes the tree we will likely go ahead with the installation.
