I build boxes out of 1x8x8 untreated pine yesterday, just screwed the boards together. I'm now wishing I'd used a corner kit of some kind, or ideally the mortar and tenon style, because I'm definitely no carpenter. But hopefully they'll hold together for a couple of years. I'm thinking of putting copper flashing over the top edges of the boxes to repel water and slugs.

Anyone else that finding the at ny classifieds aren't accessible? I can't click through to any of the ads, nor can I post an ad. Tried three browsers.

Bear in mind that the XO laptop is designed for children in developing countries. For the intended audience, it's far more suitable than the Asus Eee PC. For an adult in a first-world country, the Asus delivers a more familiar user experience.

Guess it depends on how much you like surprise parties...you could open the door each day to feel relief that the people weren't actually there to disturb your peace and quiet.
