I put my oats (before cooking) in the cuisinart to make a fine powder. This way my porridge comes out in a pudding consistency. I also put in 1 square of dark chocolate or cocoa. The chocolate melts in the oatmeal and it is delicious. Slow and Easy: How to Cook Perfect Steel-Cut Oats |
