Wow, I'd have to agree and say it looks like they did a really shoddy job. I'd definitely call them and insist that they make good - even if that means giving you a new counter top. I know if that happened in my kitchen I'd die a little every time I looked at their mistakes and that's just not right. Living in Europe and being an American, I've am learning to reconcile my need for space with the actual amount of sq. footage... Steven has done an amazing job with the organization and the design!
