Fill it up with pork steaks (especially when they are $1.87/lb. at Publix) and a bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce, or 2 cups of your own, and just let it go all day. Pull out the bones, shred the meat and enjoy! Best Slow Cooker Recipes for Spring and Summer? Good Question |

One cannot top the Pimm's Cup for a refreshing summer drink. Muddle some mint in the bottom of a tall glass. Fill it 3/4 of the way to the top with ice, add a jigger of Pimm's and fill with ginger ale. Garnish with strawberries and cucumber spears. Hoist a few to Will and Kate! I would love to see something that might take a little time to prepare, say on a Sunday afternoon or evening, but with leftovers that can be easily transformed into interesting and exciting suppers for the rest of the week. It's Dinner Week at The Kitchn! 3 Square Meals (and Dessert!) |
