I guess Im always paranoid about fire safety, but I think if you are going through this much trouble to create something so cute and custom, maybe spend an extra few bucks and get a low heat emission bulb(also energy saving)-the ones that let off practically no heat and are cool to the touch? I think this would make me feel better about heating plastic/paint and fire concerns.

My 2 cents:
Melatonin is a hormone your body releases in darkness, so though you might not notice it, thats what your body is supposed to do in darkness. For people that have a very difficult time I have heard of light boxes and therapy using such...as mentioned about the blue light vs. orange light. Finally, I think that you can still enjoy a great dinner, but it should be early, if not, like the author said-a juice is the way to go. And definitely not Taco Bell @ 4th meal-haha. I think the French were/are on to something when they have their largest meal at the middle day instead of the the end. Personally, I think this is a great article for those that don't have medical issues and just need to rule out some things for some more restful sleep!

I second the recommendation for a moses basket...and I love the idea for a pram, but I think it could get a bit annoying...tripping over wheels and what not. We had a pack and play that had a detachable bassinet, it hung inside the pack and play near our bed until they moved into cribs at 5 months. Our 4th(and last) just used the bassinet on the ground near our bed ...only inconvenience was picking him up from (low) bed to feed at night. We also layered him a little warmer as cool air sinks... At 5 months, he has finally outgrown it(approx. 16 lbs.)

Goodness! I don't think anyone is trying to FORCE beer. I think this is one of those things...my husband likes beer and says he wishes I did too because its something that can simply be enjoyed with others. It took 5 years and several different kinds of coffee but now I drink coffee with him and we have wonderful conversations over our morning coffee before work...I think the same thing could apply to a good beer!

I agree that leaving it white would not make it too babyish or feminine, but seeing as how to you it comes across this way, I think you could totally pull off painting it. A navy blue with white-ish walls could also lead to numerous possibilities. Finally, if you go to a search engine that allows you to only search the images (i.e. bing, yahoo etc.) and type "beadboard in bedroom" several pics come up. Good luck!
