I have the same problem with light sleeping. We finally solved this problem by getting a larger, king-size bed with a Tempurpedic mattress that does not transfer motion. We did this three years ago, and it has made a wonderful difference in being able to sleep soundly at night! I can't imaging going back to a queen-size springy mattress again. Best purchase EVER!
