sorry to be a bearer of bad news but amanda, you will need to be exterminated SEVERAL times. My exterminator told me that the average was three to fully kill them off. It took three times for my "mild" infestation.

All the inconsistencies and execptions in the competition rules are really hard to keep track of. Between extending the deadline, allowing some entries getting extra voting days, people posting links to entire photo albums and now this, I'm really disappointed.

The bathroom looks great. Creative storage. What's going on with the doorknob?

small for sure and amazing that this is your art studio too. It's unclear to me what you've designed here. did you build the kitchen? Also curious, is your whole bldg SRO?

I think your entry may have suffered by being the first one. It's awesome--great work on the configuration! If I could change one thing it might be the light source above the kitchen cabinets. Maybe it's the photography but it seems a bit harsh. Good luck!

The grid wall in the living room are great. The bathroom is way over the top for me though. I'm having some serious flashbacks to the 80s. Sorry.

I LOVE the bed/shelving combo as an piece of furniture and light source. I can't tell from the pictures but I don't think I'm crazy about the kitchen materials and configuration. I also think alot could be done with all that space in the entry way. Is this a rental?

I really like your place. It's totally different than most of the entries. It shows a lot of personality and inventiveness. Your floorplan made me chuckle and the storage and post-its in the third photo were oddly inspiring. Thanks for sharing!

Very nice! I love the multifunctional space but I think it is a bit unfair to submit 6 rather than three photos. That said, I'm curious about the other room...wish you had shown more.

I'm having such a hard time believing this is 290 sf! That's incredible. Kudos on fitting it all in (with a sectional to boot!)

Looks very neat but the pictures really don't show enough. I would've loved to have seen the living room/main living area rather than the bathroom window or a shot of a ladder...

I love the dining niche but the bedroom is a little sterile looking. Also, although it is within the contest guidelines, 630 sf in Gramercy seems quite big by NYC standards.
