Follow up: After two months I finally got my couch after lots of emails with the company. It got to the point that they had to discuss my order to the production team to get the job done. After all of this I must say I love the couch, superb quality and craftsmanship. The fed-ex delivery guy was nice enough to bring it inside my place but I could see he was just being very nice. I bought a winix hepa air filter after lots of online research...it costs about ~$150, the air filter is changed once a year and costs about $50. Before the filter I was spending $40-100 a month on medications just to keep my allergies at bay...now I don't even bother. To me it sounds like as if the AC is on, I have gotten use to it and now sleep with it on. It has been a lifesaver and I am thinking about buying another one for the other room! I just attempted this and very happy of how it looks. Just wanted to add that the original design was a little un-sturdy so I added more boards in the middle of the box for support. Also instead of using metal straps just use left over boards. How To: Lori2's Mom's platform bed |
