WOW! A real kitchen, a gathering spot,it gets used and is loved! It's a realistic kitchen and that's what I love about it. I am not feeling so ashamed of mine now. I envy those upper cabinets! Okay so the mixture of things isn't quite what I'd want, it's not quite how I'd want things displayed. Really neither is my own kitchen! However, it's realistic .... it's a nice post because of the fact she is working with what she has and not spending $$$ that not alot of us have right now. Thanks for sharing, I might be brave enough now to paint the horrible 80's wood cabinets I hate and look at everyday! Before & After: Alana's Painted Kitchen Cabinets Kitschy Kitten |

What a nice dream of a HUGE home. One thing I love about this site is the diversity of the home tours! Big-ish or small or tiny. I see the idea of posting this for the design and use of so many reused items, but 4,000 plus square feet? This family is larger than the company I work for! Totally out of my league in square footage alone. Nice post but meanwhile in reality....... Mark & Stephanie's Open Timber Frame House Tour |
