2 plain metal tubes which you can slide on both ends of a poster. Works great.

I do this every morning: sit and relax on my patio with a good, strong coffee and listen to the birds. Living in the Southwest makes it easier and one can almost sit outside all year round. When I come inside, it's with more energy and the morning chores get done quickly.
