I've only tried the ginger but I LOVE IT. it is so easy to add ginger to soups, muffins and other recipes. I'm not surprised at the preservatives but I live in a place where fresh herbs aren't easy to come by and rot quickly. I used to love trader joe's frozen herbs but we don't have anything near by.
