I think you should also respect people's beliefs, even if they don't match yours exactly. So your friend doesn't want cloth or biodegradable diapers...can't you just respect that and help her out in the way that fits her lifestyle? I used to basically ignore the registry and buy things that I thought were cute, but now that I am expecting my first, I have to agree with everyone who is saying "stick to the registry!" I definitely NEED those things! I appreciate all gifts though, of course :) But now I can't believe how many useless gifts I bought for people! Do You Have a Go-To Baby Shower Gift? |
