Cute place overall. However, the chair in the bathroom (near the toilet) freaks me out.

Bemyescape, I was thinking the same thing. I love the artwork with the girl in the yellow shirt. It is just stunning! Who is it by?

A beautiful, warm home.

I don't understand the comments about people being so over wall decals/stickers. There are only limited options for rents who can't paint their walls.

I agree with Sleek about the frame comment (or something besides just sticking them up on the wall).

sorry... i thought this entry was boring. It needs personality.

I agree with the commenters above. Fish Bowls are cruel.

Thanks, Christopher, Unfortunately I can't mount anything under my cabinets. They are not tall enough or I have a microwave sitting under them so there is still not enough space.

I also have tile on the walls of my kitchen and can't mount anything to the walls.

I would get rid of the white lamps near the bed, it screams 1990's.

I love the pink and red poster though.

Ditto about the painting in the living room looking like it came from the 1980's. However, I don't think it needs to go. Artwork is very invidualized and while I don't care for it nor do I think it "fits" with everything else going on in the apartment, I am sure that Tamie and Vincent love it and so it should stay.

I don't like the toys on the kitchen counter. When you cook, do u have to clear off the counter before you start?

Your artwork above the credenza looks crooked from the picture.

i like this place overall but I hate the kitchen (but then again I'm very particular about kitchens, I don't even like my own). There seems to be too many nic-nacs in the kitchen. I am of the school that the kitchen should be a well planned work space, free of unnecessary clutter.

Man, I love your dressers in the bedroom! Oh and the use of plants all around is great too.

I personally don't like the bedroom area. It seems really mismatched and frankly, boring. OTOH, I love your floor lamp and cactus. I've been really into cactus lately.

LOL Mr. Dangerous. However, I feel with the limited photos that can be entered that the owner of the space should and could defend their choices BUT also be open to suggestions and criticism. I feel that not only is this contest about getting inspired by the entrants but the entrants also be inspired by the commentors.

I second the spicy food. I eat a sunny side up with tons of tobasco the next morning

does anyone have any ideas for storing wine glasses [16 (or more) .... 8 white, 8 red (plus martini glasses)] in a small space? 1've pretty much run out of room in my kitchen cabinet.

Ruby- I guess it doesn't help that I live in the drinking capital of America.

All I have to say is that I do my best house work after a night of drinking. I'm up by 7 am and by 9:30 am I've got dinner ready and my house clean! Granted by noon I'm so tired, I could pass out (watching the Home Shopping Network and wanting to order that 175 peice tupperware set). Does this happen to other people? Do you wake up energized after a night of drinking where u feel like you can tackle any and all projects around the house? Or is that is just me?

Love your space. You have so much great potential. I agree with others, I would love to see this space in a year to see how it develops. You are well on your way to a super fabulous place. I'm jealous ;)

IMO- I think you should have your rug in the living room anchered by the sofa not floating... just a little pet peave of mine.
