Mine also broke. The dryer stopped working after 2 years of use.

The customer service number in the booklet (516 377 1865) is not in service anymore and the new number was impossible to find. Not on their website. After calling a few stores got their new customer service number which automatically goes to the voice mail. Left message and haven't heard from them yet.

And the door nob is a flimsy plastic piece which broke when I open it recently. I was always careful because it didn't look durable from the beginning but it finally happened. They should have made it with steel.

I like the washer part, works well, the size is good for two people.
