Crate and Barrel has stacking wine glasses too. They are a bit thicker, but perfect for everyday use. We haven't had any issues with breakage. Iitala Lempi Stacking Glasses by Matti Klenell |

I have two of these as bed reading lamps for my two boys. It's very cute in their room, and provides very nice, bright light for reading on the bed. Hope the LED light never breaks :) IKEA PS 2012 Wall Lamp |

I love it! And the books grouped by color look nice in this room, although I typically don't like that arrangement. Suzanne's "Color in Harmony" Room Room for Color Contest |

Wood stairs, especially the ones made with the new, extra glossy, engineered wood, could be very slippery. But they look so much prettier than the carpet! In our last place, we installed non-slip tape that we got online. It's clear and textured and we just put it near the edge of each stair. It was close to invisible, but definitely increased the friction. Slipping, Sliding & Safety: Carpeted vs. Wooden Stairs |

We have bunky boards on our king-size platform bed as a way to raise the mattress a little bit higher, but not too high. I don't think you need them necessarily. It's just a personal preference for how high or low you want the top of your bed to be. Do You Use Bunky Boards? |

I can't figure out a good way to story my childhood teddy bear either. Right now he's lying on a shelf in the closet and getting dusty. But I can't bring myself to put him in a box, because it seems like putting him in a coffin... And the framed mouse reminds me of framed butterflies, definitely creepy. In our family we have a few European dessert recipes that call for sour cherries. Since sour cherries are so hard to find in the US, my mom started substituting cranberries. They work beautifully! Warning with anyone with kids - the kids love to take those S-hooks off, play with them, leave them around, loose them, hide them, etc. Basically, those hooks will never be where they are needed :) Small Space Solutions: IKEA Grundtal Entryway Better Homes and Gardens |

I had a 5x6 area run in the kitchen to protect the new hardwood floors. The rug was a pain to keep clean. I had to vacuum the rug and then go around the rug on the bare floor using an attachment. Stains accumulated quickly. It was too big to wash and dry easily, and it never looked as nice after the first wash. I ended up having to replace the rug about every six months.
