I got a monoprice articulating mount and mounted them to the drywall using snaptogglers (http://www.toggler.com/products/snaptoggle/overview.php). The snaptogglers are incredibly strong, i hung onto the mount for a while before installing the TV and it was rock solid.

I hid the wires behind the dry wall through some low voltage box, but did a proper electrical box for the power. please do not run the power cable that came with the tv though the wall, it carries a lot of voltage and you do not want to run the risk of a fire. And if there is a fire, your insurance will not cover it.

I got some pullout shelves from http://www.slideoutshelvesllc.com/, they delivered pretty quickly and was actually pretty easy to install. All you need is a screw driver and a level. A drill would make it even easier.

has anyone tried shelves that slide, believe they use blum hardware.

i love dungeness crab! I usually steam it with a paste made out of ginger, garlic and oyster sauce cooked down.

To prep the crab, while alive, i have it flipped upside down on the cutting board. Then with a cleaver hack straight down the middle, careful not to pierce the top shell. The crab should be dead by now. Then rip off each half from the top shell, remove the tail, gills and any yucky stuff inside. Then cut in between each leg, so each piece has a leg and some of the body meat. Rearrange back on plate, slap on the paste and steam. 15-20mins for a 2 pounder. Delicious

the first pic is def not choy sum. choy sum is all green and looks like gai lan, but has a shinier stem.

at best, the first pic can be bok choy sum. A cross breed of bok choy and choy sum.

And the last pic isnt what i would normally call bok choy. Its more like a xiao tong choi.

kangkong aka water spinich is what chinese people call ong choy or tong choy. Both chinese names describe the same thing

Got one of these at costco for about $60. I usually use smaller shopping bags from the supermarket instead of the big ones. With the big bags, by the time I get it fully, it can be smelling pretty bad

install those cellular blinds as an inside mount. they are pretty cheap at home depot or lowes. they let the light in and give you privacy.

Get the atlantico on sale from bluehouse, they are very good.
Atlantico's wood is absolutely stunning and this design is gorgeous.

The only thing comparable are the cherner tables, but that is even more expensive.

Style wise, the CBS teepee comes close, but it does have a glass top.
