I made a stack of Lego cakes for my grandson's birthday. I used my favorite icing, let it stand and then patted the sides flat with a paper towel for smoothness. I stacked two Oreo cookies and iced them for the nubs. The second layer of Lego must be on a cardboard for stability. I'm never happy with my own creation but everyone loved them.
