where is that wallpaper from?!

the wallpaper is by Graham & Brown, it's called Solitude and comes in a bunch of different colors... the Black & Silver is quite stunning... you may also remember this pattern from Target's Home Design Event in its final year :(

tacking every couple of feet seems alot harder than just hanging the wallpaper. if you're worried about getting it off the walls damage-free, just make sure you prime the surface (with clear or white wallpaper primer) and use a nonwoven product. they remove in full strips!

Thanks SarahRae for these fun ideas! If you think about the cost of one roll of wallpaper vs. the cost of buying artwork & having it framed, it does def save money! How much would a wall-sized piece of artwork cost to make the same impact this Feature Wall does?
As far as saving space- you can hang shelves over the wallpaper, increasing your storage space without losing the aesthetic appeal!

For those that think the wallpaper MUST do double-duty, try something like this and use it as a bulletin board!: FRAMES

If you visit the Die Electric website, the whole point of his products is to have alternate use for electrical outlets/switches. i think the artist's intent was to have the switch in the off position... not using energy, but using the switch as a hook. but i guess it would work either way!
