Regrettably, we purchased a Chatham & Wells mattress about one year ago. The mattress in the showroom was wonderful and we had such high expectations. However, the mattress delivered did not feel at all like the one in the showroom and we were shocked when we started sinking. The holes have now become so deep it's difficult getting out in the morning. Also, I began seeing a chiropractor because my back has been so affected.
