I have a collection of scarves I've been dying to frame and put up like in the images above. Can anyone offer some cheap ways of creating those looks? I really don't have the budget for custom framing, and Hermes scarf hanging clips are definitely out of the question. Please help! Greatly appreciated

I have one of those over-the-door shoe organizers that I'm going to try this with. My question is do I just add the soil directly into each pocket? Or do I need a pot still? I have a black thumb when it comes to do with anything gardening related, so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!
