The dining chairs are my favorites.

This place is in the top 1% of Apartment Therapy's "House Tours". It surely seems larger than 675 square feet. I am so impressed with your custom-built media console and the similar unit in the office area. I like the scale and arrangement of your furniture. Your kitchen is handsome, spacious and must be very efficient. The artwork and photos on the walls is arranged perfectly.

Looks Great! I like the idea of waxing over a painted surface. I bet it makes a very nice finish.

I agree with Polygala.

Sensory overload. I would enjoy it more if they had 1/4 the amount of stuff. It's hard to appreciate individual items when they get lost in the crowd.

I especially love the bay window area. The woodwork, furnishings, textiles, colors are all very appealing. I would like to see a house tour.

I like the colors and the furnishings and particularly the lamp.

SUPER kitchen and dining area. Nice in every way. How are you liking your cork floor? I would like to replace our Pergo kitchen floor with cork. What is the counter material?

I would consider using fewer towels, folding them smaller, and having a nice piece of fabric, that's complementary to the hall rug, covering the shelves where the towels are stashed. You could hang it with a tension rod or Velcro.
