I ordered this shelf 5/3/10 and still waiting for my order. They said they did not charge my card as they will not until the order ships. They keep telling me it's on back order, it's on back order. You would think they would keep you up to date as a courtesy but they don't. If I don't reach them, they don't bother to contact you. So finally after 3 months (only because I forgot about them), I contacted them and they said "The order will not ship until January from our factory. The shelves are set to finally arrive in Mid February". They never apologize or provide any other information. I lost hope that I will ever receive this order. Bummer because it is such a nice shelf for my son's room. I am thinking about going to Pottery Barn Kids. They have nice selections also. Unless anyone else has seen this type of shelf elsewhere, please let me know.
