First you are on vacation so don't pick something too time consuming! Second everyone will love what you make- so don't worry about pleasing the meat eaters. I have wasted too much time worrying that those meat and potato folks won't like what I make, find it filling, or pandering to the idea of vegan meals omnivores will eat. The reality no one has ever complained about a dinner they didn't have to make themselves.

Your easiest and most stress free bets are the already mentioned chips and salsa, and guac. As a fellow vegan I'm a little over hummus so try mixing it up with a can of vegetarian re-fried beans mixed with salsa. Want to go above and beyond? Make a trip to one of the many FL stores that sells Nacho Mom's Vegan queso. It is soy free, tasty and bonus crazy low fat (http://fatgoblin.com/Where_to_find_us.html). For a main why not pick up some pizza dough and have everyone make their own pizzas. It's easy, doesn't make the vegan feel singled out, and everyone loves game day pizza!

1. Get rid of the round mirrors and replace them with rectangular ones.
2. Get rid of the border and paint the bathroom bright white. Including the window frame.
3. Update the hardware on the cabinets. The existing ones are contributing to the dated look.
4. Replace Bathmats. Do one big rectangular white one in front of the sinks. This will make it more spa like.

I am a vegan! and in things like mashed potatoes I use vegan butter and tofutti sour cream. My non vegan friends and family have no idea and it provides all the rich creaminess you are used too. I know vegan cooking seems daunting at first, but I promise it isn't. Field roast makes a delicious celebration roast that makes a wonderful main dish- it's available at whole foods.
