I made this last night (with cannellini beans instead of white beans) and it was delicious! But--I think that next time I would cook the spinach separately, at least to begin with, because it was hard to get the raw spinach to stay on the pizza dough. Yummy, though. I made this over the weekend and it was a huge success. The bag of frozen blueberries I had was 15 oz, not 12, and in the end we had plenty of filling for two pies, so I put one in the freezer. I have an electric mattress pad, and I *love* it. I turn it on twenty minutes before bed, and it makes getting under the covers that much more relaxing. Mine has an automatic off after a couple of hours, too, which is great. I learned the hard way that you can't sleep with the warmer on any higher than 3, though.
