Beautiful!
Anyone have source info for the bookshelves on the right?

Liebherr sells a 30" wide refrigerator with freezer on bottom that's counter-depth (about 25") and super tall (81").
It's pricey ($3699!), but here's a link that might get you where you want to go:

Good luck!

We have a similar situation in our apartment, and we did exactly what others here are suggesting.
I think the storage up top is invaluable, so if you like the mirrored doors, I'd paint the top doors to match the wood trim and maybe add some nice modern pulls.
If you don't like mirror, remove the all the doors and just put up a curtain rod or ceiling track and hang really tall curtains in a great modern print. It will add a lot of drama (for a small price tag!).

(We got our super tall curtains from Ikea!)

The stuff is certainly pricier than most other paint on the market. While I'd love to say that the finish is as nice as regular paint, it came out somewhat uneven. (I'm happy to take credit for the imperfect paint job, but I've painted lots of walls before and never had this outcome.)

All that said, I'd probably buy it again since it is so much more eco-friendly than anything else out there. In the end, the color is really nice (much nicer than the five others I tested beforehand), and a little unevenness is a small price to pay for better air quality and less impact on the environment.

Love it! Great use of the space; cool and modern with a bit of levity...somehow more interesting than most American spaces.
