Love your style. Just curious, what's the plan you mention for the kitchen counter and back splash? The worst part of my rental is the counter top and I'm always looking for ideas to make it more livable.

I just bought a Matte Stephens print (Owl and Pigeon Party) a few weeks ago! It's a fabulous piece and makes me smile every time I look at it. Reminds me, I need to leave him feedback on Etsy.

@Blandwagon, SOOOO cracking up. I wondered what it was too. Great mix! Love the rug by the bed and had no clue about the NB collection for HSN--headed to check that out next. I have the same Blu Dot chairs around my Noguchi Cyclone table. Where are the blue and red throw pillows on the couch from?

Wow. I have way too many. I never even realized it. But I still seem to run out before I make it to the laundry room. I've got twelve sets of really comfy Ralph Lauren that much the current bath decor. Several sets from past looks. And probably ten ratty gym towels. Now that you mention it, they do take up a lot of shelf space. But I don't think I could ever win this one with my partner.

I agree, the faux bois looks awesome. Looks great in your space. Personally, I see and love the difference. It's cleaner look.

jamie_sue, I think the tab design has changed quite a bit. I've had my tiles for a couple of years now and haven't had any problems. The tabs sit sticky side up and attach corner to corner. I haven't noticed any seepage and the floor beneath them was perfectly clean after my last move. And they don't shift underfoot at all.

The biggest benefit for me was I was able to fully cover an irregular sized space with the tiles. A standard sized rug would have been awkward in the space. And when I moved to another home with another awkward space, I was able to reuse the tiles in a different design and spread the tiles over two rooms. In both homes, the tiles look like they were custom designed for the space.

Where did you find the mirror in your hallway? I've been trying to find something similar. Thanks, and thanks for sharing your fun space!
