I'd say ditch the company issued calendar and get a nicely designed wall sized one. My calendar is big enough to cover a good chunk of cube wall and I use multi colored post it to save dates or make notes so it brings color to my cube, I love it!

I love my vanity! I bought a lovely wood desk off of craigslist, sanded that baby down and painted it hot pink! It houses all of my make-up, skincare, mirrors, hair tools.. etc. and I love it! I use it everyday, morning and night. Really helps keep everything organized!

Good God, sell it to me if you don't want it!! I'll strip the paint of that thing real quick! (haha.. sorry I just got so excited! I've been looking for one of these babies!)

Not but seriously (if you don't want to sell it to meeee and) if you do plan to keep it and decide to DIY restore it take a look at Centsational Girl's blog for instructions for paint stripping. She does a great job explaining what to use and how to do it and has great photos to follow along with. You will have to do some touch up sanding afterwards before you stain it.. but don't sand to remove the paint!!

I have one just like the second to last one which I love but it's so short and have to bend over to use it.. Does anyone know of one that has height adjustment? ( and I wouldn't mind if the mirror were a tad bit bigger ;) )

Good review.

I wonder if anyone could help me out with my surge protector dilemma. I bought two remote controlled surge protectors from Target, with the hopes to be able to switch off (thus save some energy) the power strips which are connected to Xboxs/tvs/other electronics in two different rooms. The problem is when I switch one off they both turn off and if I switch one on they both turn on! I want to get a new surge protector to replace one, but I am not sure if this will happen again, even if its another brand? Anyone?
