The hardwood floor in bathroom thing is not as big a deal as people think. If you have a flood....carpet, walls, even tile can get ruined as well. A flood is an accident that is uncontrollable. I would not live in fear that my hardwood floor would be damaged because of this, that's what HO ins. is for. Apartment Therapy Chicago | Look!: Wood Floors in the Bathroom |

I've dealt with Marc Henderson before and he was an obstinate jerk. I'm sure he will get on here and blame me or rip on my company but fact is the customer is probably telling the truth here. Apartment Therapy Chicago | FloorMall.com |

I love coming back to this thread and still get surprised by some of the horror stories regarding LL. I have never heard about any hardwood flooring company having so many flooring failures, warranty issues, defective material, and charge backs. Hardwood flooring is a final decision that should last a lifetime. It amazes me that anyone would take a chance with a company that has so many problems just to save a couple hundred bucks. Its not worth it. Apartment Therapy New York | Lumber Liquidators |
