after suffering in the dentist's chair for nigh on three hours yesterday (aaaahhh, crown work) I returned home a strange mixture of still a bit numb, achey and ravenous - this pudding was a god-send. I did go ahead and chill it for half an hour and the silky smooth texture and totally savory taste of the avocado were a delight. Only thing I'd do differently next time is maybe cut back the sugar - it was a tad too sweet pour moi. Oh! And I'd try the granola! Clearly dental work made this a no-go last night.
