I found this recipe because I was craving a boullibasse or fish stew. My question for the author is the amounts or proportions...having made the soup it seems that the 28 oz can of tomatoes completely takes over. And only two potatoes for 8-10 servings? I love where this recipe is going but now that I am there (about to serve) just wondering what went wrong?
