I'm sorry it was done because we would have loved it as is in the US, but I can understand it was bland for it's origin. Obviously a lot of work on this piece, and the end result is interesting.

Of course parents can raise children in inner city apartments. It's not like they're being abusive. That said, let's not pretend it's the same as having your own private fenced in backyard where you can play without having to walk blocks, or take a subway, or plan for every weather contingency be carrying extra clothes.

City living is what it is, and I'm sure the parents are doing their best.

All livestock should be kept humanely, however chickens are not pets. They are livestock.

Move. In fact you should have moved after the first year. Look, there's lots of well meaning advice we can give you, but the fact is, this isn't going to change. Do you really want to live with the stress? Do your children deserve to feel like they're doing something wrong?

This is your problem, not the neighbors or your kids. Move. Sometimes life isn't fair and the best thing to do is to remove yourself from the stress. The only one you can control is YOU.

If you used the proper drapes, they wouldn't show. You're not planning on using short little curtains or (worse) blinds are you?

Totally skeevy. This is the first product I've seen that actually makes you feel filthy using soap. Maybe they stay clean in private homes, but in public places they make you feel like you need to use sanitizer after washing. Ewwwww.
