hi - thanks, you're so sweet....our other dog's photo didn't make the cut! those are called 'head vases" and were originally made in the 50s-early 70's by a few companies....mostly overseas....they were actually used by florists for floral arrangements. Typically marking a special occasion (graduation, new baby, anniversary, etc.). Hi there - the window treatments in the LR were already here when we moved in....the ones in my office and master bedroom are custom done by Best Line Shades in Richmond, CA - fabric for the Master is David Hicks for Lee Jofa and the grey linen in my office is Pindler and Pindler with a white tape by Samuel + Sons. having spent MANY a brunch mornings (they also make the BEST brunch with farmer's market vegetable/tofu scramble, homemade sconces and bellinis) and evenings here in this cute bungalow and I can tell you that I feel so at home in their space. I am a firm believer that not only does your interior design reflect your personal style and flavor, but your hosting skills are like the cherry on top and these two have it nailed. What some are referring to as “clutter” are pieces of each of their enchanting and unique personalities that I love to pour over…how many conversations have been sparked from my eyes drifting over all of Jesse’s movie titles….followed by ‘bouts of laughter as he can basically pull out any line from any movie.
