I froze mine in the ice cube trays and then tossed the frozen cubes into a large, labeled ziploc bag. Worked great. Cost, like, nothing.

Ha, the little cactus dog is named "Bastardino." I'm PRETTY sure this isn't meant for kids, but rather adult doll collectors (yep, it's a huuuuuuuuge market).

That said, I think she's pretty freakin' cool looking, and even as a kid I would have loved to play with it.

You know, I don't really think you have reason to panic. Your son did the exact thing he should have done - found a security guard and explained the situation. Good for you for teaching your son how to think in a situation and take care of himself.
