I've also just switched from my spong grinder, illy beans and an aeropress to this exact nespresso model...and I can't quite get the balance right for the amount of coffee and milk...did you program the latte and cappucino settings? Any chance of sharing the proportions? The nespresso brochure calls a long shot 40ml but I've been making more like 60 ml...maybe that's too much for the amount in the pod?
