LOVE that mirrored vanity with the vessel sink! My only criticism- her photography could be displayed nicer. Not particularly a fan of the "diy-blown-up-photo-on-canvas-look". To me, it doesn't look professional. Add some frames and you're good to go!

This home is ridiculously amazing! We are kindred artwork souls, I find myself "EEEK-ing" over each piece hanging on their walls. Simply beautiful.

Thank you all so much! I really appreciate that you didn't hate on my work in progress, I was kind of nervous that everyone would just say, "wow, you really suck at this."
I llove the suggestion to add a drum shade or chandelier in leiu of the ceiling fan. I will definitely be replacing the night stands/dressers. I knew they were too tall, and those ceiling lamps were an attempt to correct the goofiness of their scale. FAIL! Anyone have any links to some inexpensive mirror side tables? Oh and I LOVE the Klimpt rugs! Cool idea! I will keep y'all posted on my mini makeover :)

Lovely! My kitchen is very similar to your before, and I have been contemplating painting white uppers and grey lowers, so you basically just decided that for me! :)

How did you add the texture to the cabinets? Also, did you just tile over the existing laminate counter tops?? Dying to know!

My favorite thing in the whole tour: Oscar the grouch trash can in the kitchen. Why didn't I think of that? Brilliant! Also, I would kill for the master addition, and your plate collection... Also love your kitchen colors... Ok screw it, I love it all.

OMG I LOVE THIS! Its almost as if dove into my brain, fished out my exact vision of what I'm TRYING to do to my house right now, and then actually did it... way better than I ever could. I will be referencing this post for quite some time now, awesome inspiration!

I, too liked the green color on the walls before... but I also like the new color. Everything in the before as well as the after looks dirty. Maybe painting the wood floors would make them really pop, and look cleaner!

I am interested to see any suggestions, too. I have a similar long hallway.

I was toying around with the idea of hanging some chair railing and wallpapering the top half and creating some faux panels with a little quarter round and some other trim/molding on the bottom half of the walls... I am just scared that it will make it look even more narrow.
