What a refreshingly delightful home. I have virtually ignored every house tour over the past year and a half, but this one drew me in. My Midwest/borderline Southern roots are jumping for joy to see a home so beautifully and lovingly decorated. What could have easily become a bland mash of wooden furniture came alive against the backdrop of vibrant colors and beautiful paintings. Y'all have a lovely home and I am so glad I didn't skip this tour. I am so inspired! Reese & Sarah Hazel's Welcoming Home House Tour |

@charlie26 If you are really ambitious, you can make your own graham crackers. I use this recipe Soda Fountain Recipe: Banana Cream Pie MilkshakeRecipes from The Kitchn |

Maybe she would like a shower cap? Or just grab a bucket with soapy water and lather her up. As long as she is in the shower area and not getting sprinkled on, she will probably be ok. Baths can be utilitarian. She'll get lots of fun new playtime while she is staying with you. She may not need a protracted bath experience. We do this with just a bit of water in the tub for our son and call them "business baths" It gives us more family snuggle time before bed. Toddler in a Shower-Only Home? Good Questions |

When I think of a "day off" I don't think of taking a day away from my family. I just want to be the one who sleeps in and gets to play while the hubs cooks and cleans and wipes butts. The perfect day (which is all I want every summer weekend) would be morning coffee and baglels, beach, picnic, ice cream, and a movie or a drink with the man who made motherhood possible to cap off the day. 2nd Annual Mother's Day Gift Survey |

What a great boss! I was in a similar situation and ended up finding an amazing home daycare for my son, so never got to bring him along. I definitely wanted to, though. I know from some of the other women in the office that it is important to know what the expectations of your boss and co-workers are. Can this be a long term solution or was it a temporary suggestion because your skills are so needed? Does Bringing Your Baby to Work, Work? Good Questions |

In this case "edible" seems to be a bit of a misnomer. They aren't flavored and definitely intended as art aupplies, not snacks. I don't know one parent who would think this chalk is an excuse to not watch their child. I think it is great to have products that are safe for kiddos of a certain age. It takes away the fear of harmful chemicals and makes it safe for them to learn. Yummy or Yucky? We Can Too's Edible Sidewalk Chalk |

Such a clever way of painting over paneling. It almost makes me want a wall of paneling! Beautiful upgrade :) Before & After: An Outdated Room Gets a Major Makeover Older And Wisor |

I love this. I can't wait until we can move our son to a floor bed. His room is currently a shared space so not safe for curious little manimals. Even so, he is just 13 months and we have all his toys in the bottom cabinets and drawers of our 1 br apt. He is learning to put things away and where to find particular toys. I personally don't equate Ikea with quality, so I've always been wary of their cribs. There are many other cute, simple affordable options out there. Happy hunting mamas to be! Ikea Temporarily Suspends Sales of All Cribs in U.S. |

We have books stacked around the house, but it is a result of moving them from the bottom shelves and away from the fast growing reach of our 10 month old. He would think book towers on the floor are the best thing ever. Stacking up Style (and Books!) |

We live right by a few popular show venues, so Friday and Saturday nights get pretty loud! It would be nice to have the option of noise dampening our wall of windows. Simple curtains are definitely the way to go in our house, we brighten it up with artwork and bedding. I'd love these These Drapes Do More Than Look Pretty |

In college, I worked at a cafe and we used to put ice in our mouths when cutting the red onions. It makes you breathe through your mouth so the gasses don't get into your nasal passages and cause irritation. The bread idea sounds much tastier and more friendly to sensitive teeth!
