100% Greek all the way. These days it's important to verify that it's natural, meaning strained, with no added ingredients. So many brands add thickeners, which defeats the whole point!

I love having plants in the bathroom and I love having natural light - so great when they are combined! There are some amazing bathrooms pictured... what an inspiration!

I'm with QChan - leafy greens are one of the few things that I find must be refrigerated. If I have space I also put zucchini, fresh peppers, carrots, herbs, and green onions. I live in Athens, Greece and I don't find that the heat changes things much - I'm good about keeping my potatoes, onions, and garlic in paper bags, and I make sure that there is air circulating around thing like citrus, tomatoes and other fruits - I don't have a fancy fruit bowl or anything, they're just in a dish and I pick them up every day or so to make sure nobody's molding!

I finally got a chance to make a variation of this and it was amazing! I used raisins and frozen blueberries, omitting the nuts. Instead of sugar I used about 3 TBS honey, plus a drizzle of butter with sugar at the end.

These were fantastic!
I've never separated eggs (nor met anyone who has) for pancakes.
I used Greek yogurt though and had to add extra water to make up for the thickness.
