Ribollita! White beans, Tuscan peasant bread, black kale, garlic, broth and olive oil, cooking and simmering over four heady, heavenly days. It's the most wonderful, heart-and-soul-warming soup I've ever eaten, and it would cook up perfectly in this soup pot.
