Surprisingly, Restoration Hardware has some relatively reasonable repros of the Emeco classic. I think they are $129ish or something along those lines.

I just started making my own mozzarella a month or so ago--and I'm never turning back! A quick note on where to find the citric acid and whey--Amazon.com sells both for very reasonable prices and I'd vouch for the quality.

I get my soap from Rainwater Farm, a company in Maryville, TN that's been in business for about 20 years. I love it. They have some amazing products, with absolutely zero chemicals. I like their bio-degradable laundry detergent is great, and its good for the earth (breaks down)!
