I adore my Dream Machine. I thought I was the only one, until now! Recently, I've had a hard time changing the time and I am so afraid that it is on its last legs. I love the fact that it's so compact, so perfect for a small bedside stand.

Why would you use a digital screen as a paint chip? Digital color has very little to do with actual paint color.

I think you should review a Flobed, too. They seem very customizable so it would be interesting to compare them to these other latex/memory foam beds.

I used to live in this neighborhood and go back occasionally, so thanks for posting this. (Chestnut Hill is actually within the city limits, so it's part of Philly.)

Or, you could buy Hudson Paint -- chalkboard paint in a pretty good variety of colors.

We bought a Dormia memory foam mattress a couple of years ago. I can never go back to a coil spring mattress after sleeping on this. My husband is a restless sleeper and it really does absorb a lot of his movements. We love it, but it does get hot and the mattress is only 8" or 9" inches deep and it's been very hard to find sheets that fit, since most sheets these days are made for thick pillowtops. If I had to do it over again, I would go for natural latex, which supposedly breathes better.
